You are qualified to receive a refund, the product must be returned unopened and in the same condition, it was in upon delivery. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. Once a product has left our store or been delivered to you in good condition, we cannot accept returns for damage or breakage. Depending on the issuing bank, refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment within 10 to 45 days. Refunds can be requested up to one day before the scheduled delivery date. It is still possible to process a refund for an order that has already been shipped, but it will be excluded from the refund for delivery and packaging costs. It is no longer possible to get a refund once the recipient receives the product. To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method upon approval.

Note: No refund complaints will be appreciated after 24 hours of delivery.

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will make an attempt to redeliver the item later in the day or the following day. If we are unable to deliver your order within the specified date(s), we will contact you via email or phone to arrange an alternative delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to Acts of the Creator, including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters.
